By accessing and using AI Cleanify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

AI Cleanify is a web-based tool that allows users to:

  • Remove metadata from images
  • Add realistic EXIF data to images
  • Process images entirely in the browser (client-side)
  • Download processed images

All processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not store, upload, or access your images.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service to process images containing illegal content
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to process any images you upload
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining the security of your device and browser
  • Using the Service in accordance with platform terms (Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)
  • Understanding that metadata modification may not guarantee platform acceptance

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Cleanify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to images you process using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your images.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • No guarantee that processed images will be accepted by any platform
  • No guarantee that metadata changes will prevent AI detection
  • No guarantee of service availability or uninterrupted access
  • No guarantee of accuracy or completeness of results
  • No guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI CLEANIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages resulting from platform rejection of processed images
  • Any errors or omissions in the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is currently $0, as the Service is free).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Cleanify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Illegal or unauthorized use of the Service
  • Violation of applicable laws
