Every compression task stays accountable
All-level mode shows three separate jobs. Completed downloads remain available when another preset fails or a status check times out.
- Polling stops after a bounded number of attempts.
- Repeated network failures produce an actionable retry state.
- Server messages and filenames are rendered as text rather than injected markup.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my PDF compressed?
The PDF is uploaded to AICleanify for server-assisted PDF processing and stored while the compression job is handled. This is not local browser processing.
What is the upload limit?
The validated maximum is 100 MB for one PDF. The browser checks the type and size before upload, and the server enforces the same size limit.
What do the compression levels do?
Basic, Recommended, and Extreme use progressively lower server-side image-resolution presets. All Levels creates three queued tasks so you can compare the outputs. No exact target file size is promised.
When is the uploaded PDF deleted?
The reviewed application code stores original and compressed media but does not establish a verified deletion schedule. This page therefore makes no automatic-deletion promise.
